Welcome to CoBeauty India. These Terms and Conditions, or Terms, explain how you may use our website and buy products from us. By accessing or using cobeauty.in you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About CoBeauty

CoBeauty is operated by CoBeauty India, located at Gat 449, Indospace Industrial Park Pvt. Ltd., Mahalunge, Behind Marriott, Pune, Maharashtra 410501. CoBeauty provides an online platform to browse and purchase beauty and personal care products.

2. Eligibility

To use the site and form a binding contract you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account registration and access

You can browse without registering. To make purchases or use certain services you need to register.

Registration options:
• By mobile number. Provide required information to create an account.
• By social login. If you use a third-party account you are subject to that provider’s terms as well.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify CoBeauty immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Communications and marketing

When you register you consent to receive transactional messages about your orders. You may also receive promotional messages. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or emailing askus@cobeauty.in. Operational messages about orders or payments will still be sent.

5. Privacy and data protection

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site you consent to our collection and use of personal data in line with that policy. If you do not accept the Privacy Policy, please do not use the site.

6. License and permitted use

CoBeauty grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
• Copy, reproduce, or resell site content.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data.
• Use the site to infringe others’ rights or violate law.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

You agree to indemnify CoBeauty for any claims that arise from your content.

CoBeauty does not guarantee the performance, safety, or legality of third-party products. Any claims about product safety or effectiveness are the responsibility of the manufacturer or seller.

9. Orders, pricing, and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by CoBeauty. Prices and offers may change. Payment methods and security are described in our Payment Policy. You agree to provide accurate payment information. We may cancel orders if we suspect fraud or if payment cannot be authorised.

10. Delivery, returns, cancellations, and refunds

Delivery, returns, and cancellations are handled under our Shipping & Returns Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. Please review those policies for exact procedures and timelines. Cosmetic and personal care items are generally non-returnable for hygiene reasons except when wrong or damaged items are delivered.

11. Disclaimers and warranty

The site, products, and services are provided on an as-is basis. CoBeauty gives no express or implied warranties about suitability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or completeness. CoBeauty does not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CoBeauty’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of products is limited to the purchase price of the specific product in dispute. CoBeauty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CoBeauty and its employees, directors, and agents harmless from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

14. Intellectual property

All site content including text, images, logos, and software is the property of CoBeauty or its licensors and is protected by law. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
