We work with trusted third-party courier partners to deliver your orders safely and on time.
Within Maharashtra: 1–3 business days
Outside Maharashtra: 3–6 business days
Deliveries are made throughout the week except on public or national holidays. Delivery time may vary depending on logistics and location.
To make sure your order is protected and processed smoothly, please follow these steps:
Inspect the package before accepting it. If it looks tampered or damaged, do not accept it. Contact us immediately at askus@cobeauty.in or +91 76540 83533 while the delivery agent is still present.
Refusal OTP: Only share the delivery OTP if you wish to cancel or accept the parcel. Once the OTP is shared, the order is considered completed.
No unattended deliveries: Make sure you or someone you authorize receives the parcel directly. CoBeauty is not responsible for packages left unattended.
Unboxing video: Record a full unboxing video from start to finish. This helps us verify claims for damaged, missing, or wrong items. Any such issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery along with the video proof.
You can cancel your order by emailing askus@cobeauty.in or calling +91 76540 83533 during business hours (Mon–Sat: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM).
Cancellations are accepted only before the order is dispatched.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to receive the item, you may refuse the delivery. Once delivered, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled or returned unless covered under our return conditions.
We offer a 24-hour return window for eligible cases. Contact us at askus@cobeauty.in within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Returns are only accepted if you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or an incomplete order.
Eligibility for return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
All tags, seals, and protective materials must remain intact.
Proof of purchase and an unboxing video are required for verification.
If return pickup is unavailable in your area, we may request you to ship the item back after approval. Unapproved or late returns will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if the product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.
Report such issues within 12 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video and order number. We will review and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
Opened or used cosmetic and personal care products
Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page
Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure about a product’s return eligibility, contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges are available only if:
You received the wrong item, or
The item arrived completely damaged and the claim is verified.
The quickest way to exchange a product is to return the incorrect or damaged one and place a new order once the return is approved.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
If 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you haven’t received the amount, please contact us at askus@cobeauty.in.
Refunds are not issued for refused deliveries, unclaimed COD orders, or returns that don’t meet the conditions listed above.
CoBeauty reserves the right to reject return, cancellation, or refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or courier errors.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India. CoBeauty’s decision on all return and refund matters is final.
