If you have any issues or concerns regarding your order, write to us within 24 hours of delivery at askus@cobeauty.in with complete details.

1. Delivery Timeline

Deliveries are made through trusted third-party courier partners, except on national or public holidays.

  • Within Maharashtra: 1–3 business days

  • Outside Maharashtra: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on logistics, weather, or courier network conditions. Delays caused by courier partners are beyond CoBeauty’s control, but we will always help you track and resolve delivery issues quickly.

2. Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong or incomplete order:

Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery by email at askus@cobeauty.in or call us at +91 76540 83533 with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Copy of invoice (hard or soft)

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear images of the products received and the outer shipping label

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

If you receive a damaged or leaked product:

Email askus@cobeauty.in or call +91 76540 83533 within 12 hours of delivery and share:

  • Order ID

  • Copy of invoice (hard or soft)

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the damage, along with the batch number (printed near MRP/crimp)

Once we receive these details, our team will verify and assist you with a suitable resolution (replacement, refund, or store credit) based on the case.

3. Product Quality Concerns

If you believe there is an issue with the product’s quality or performance, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order at askus@cobeauty.in or +91 76540 83533. Include:

  • Order ID

  • Invoice copy

  • Details of your concern

  • Product images with visible batch number near the MRP

Our team will review your concern and respond within 24 to 48 hours. In some cases, we may connect with you directly to understand and resolve the issue faster.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order by emailing askus@cobeauty.in or calling +91 76540 83533 during working hours (Mon–Sat: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM).

Please note:

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • If you wish to cancel after dispatch, you may refuse delivery when the package arrives.

  • Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or cancelled except under verified damage, missing, or wrong item cases.

5. Shipping Guidelines and Liability

  • Please make sure the shipping address and contact details entered at checkout are correct. CoBeauty is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

  • Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

  • CoBeauty is not liable for delays caused by courier service interruptions, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are processed according to our Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges Policy. Once a return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

If you do not receive a refund within 15 business days, contact us at askus@cobeauty.in.

7. Legal Disclaimer

CoBeauty reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any disputes related to shipping, returns, or cancellations will be governed by the laws of India, and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra.
